Cancellation Policies:

Cancellations occurring within 48 hours of arrival on the day of check-in are
subject to a cancellation charge. This includes a 1 night room charge plus
applicable fees and taxes.

Delayed check-in or early-check out may be charged for if not cancelled within
24 hours

Should you cancel, a code number will be provided. Cancellations without a
confirmation code from us are not valid.
TAXES:

The room tax is 14.45%. All guests are subject to this tax with the exception of
government employees on government business (a voucher and/or letterhead
indicating the dates of arrival and departure and the name of the guest will be
required). Not for Profit Organizations are subject to this tax.
